Kelly Rodriguez was a 1995 recipient of the Mel Ferris Scholarship, granted by the California Architectural Foundation to students in professional architecture programs in California. Kelly was working toward her B. Arch. at California College of Arts and Crafts (CCAC, now California College of the Arts) in San Francisco at the time.
